Thas was born on a nameless, distant prime. There he became a mage's apprentice and got his first familiar; a pixie named Eris. The only other thing he kept from his homeworld was a wooden sword with his name written on it. He was whisked away when he was 19 years old; taken in his sleep.

One of Thanasius' first experiences on the island was being killed by some flying books in the Dazzling Diamond. Death it would seem, could not keep him.

Thanasius made some connections at the [[Nuvar Mage School]]. He joined the school and started volunteering at the local city hospital. [[Miranda Rose]] later took Thas as her apprentice. Under her guidance and that of her master [[Ronan Ceril]], Thanasius was taught the ways of a [[Pale Master]].

There was a point in Thas' life when he doubted his master's judgement (more than once) and had a crisis of faith. In this time he turned to the goddess [[Thessela]] for answers. The goddess made it clear to Thas that he would have to choose between her and necromancy. The two would not abide each other, and Thas ultimately chose to continue his studies in necromancy.

The day after Thas' bone-arm appeared, a pretty new girl washed up on shore. Her name was Lafiat, and she turned his world upside-down. At [[Miranda Rose]]'s encouragement Thas took the girl as his apprentice and taught her the basics of wizardry. But things were not so simple. The man and the half-elf fell in love. Much confusion ensued.

A couple years passed them by. Thas picked up the trade of gem cutting, and was often seen working the mines of [[Yamman Arda]]. The two were engaged when Thanasius died. A lich named Vengeance killed Thas and trapped his soul for later use. [[Jarmanis]] reappropriated Thas' soul and put him to work on the Pale Path, where he remained for roughly two years.

One day while Thas suffered in lonely servitude, two celestial beings descended upon the Pale Path to do battle with [[Jarmanis]]' followers. One of the two reached out to Thanasius and engulfed him in their holy light. A week or so later Thas was found on the grounds of the Old Hamlet, naked, dazed, and babbling in necromantic. A bounty hunter named Lord Draven IV came in search of him, ready to recapture his soul for [[Jarmanis]]. Adventurers of Nuvar rose to the challenge and fought off Thas' would-be captor. It is thanks to them that Thanasius was able to regain himself and rejoin the ranks of the living.

Thas has not been seen in Nuvar in many years since.

Thanasius has shaggy brown hair, brown eyes, and a light complexion. He stands about six feet tall and has a lanky build. His facial features are somewhat effeminate. His voice is usually kind of monotone. Despite being a sorcerer he loves books and can usually be found in their company. He's gone through various phases with his wardrobe but is most famous for sporting a black shirt, pants, and a matching trench-coat. He also spent a fair amount of time walking around Nuvar without any flesh on his left hand, the bones visible and animate for everyone to see. A wooden sword was usually his weapon of choice. That, or a crossbow from his second master [[Miranda Rose]].

Before washing ashore in [[Nuvar]], Thas was a mage's apprentice on another prime. The relationship was... dissatisfying, to say the least. Thas never had anything very good to say about his first master. Few things came with him from his old life. Mostly just his wooden sword (which he found later) and his familiar, a pixie named Eris.

Soon after being killed by some flying books, Thas made some connections at the [[Nuvar Mage School]]. He joined the school and started volunteering at the local city hospital. [[Miranda Rose]] eventually took Thas as her apprentice. They weren't a great match. She was a stuffy wizard. He was an arrogant sorcerer. None-the-less, Thas did manage to learn pale mastery under Miranda's tutelage.

The day after Thas got his bone-arm a new girl washed up on the beach. She turned his world upside-down. Her name was Lafiat and she became his apprentice. A sorcerer teaching wizardry; an imperfect combination yet again. Matters were only further complicated when the two discovered they were in love. A teacher and his student; an unwise union.

A couple years passed by them. Thas picked up the trade of gem cutting, and was often seen working the mines of [[Yamman Arda]]. The two were engaged, until Thanasius died. Becky has gone on many adventures with the [[Legion of Nuvar]]. She attends public [[Nuvar Mage School]] lessons when they have them, despite not being a mage herself. The places she frequents most include: the great tree north of town, Dertmore's grove, and the fire in the Old Hamlet. She spends a lot of time away in the wild places of Arkaz. Becca sometimes writes news articles when important events transpire around her.

Born in a town called Clavenhoof, a fishing village on the wooded coast of a vast continent. She grew up with two loving parents, four siblings, and two cousins living right next door. She's the second eldest of her family. She likes to get into trouble.

One day she woke up on [[Nuvar]]'s southeastern shore and was quickly chased off by a band of militant crabs. Soon after she managed to find her way to the [[Town of Nuvar]]. There she discovered the fire where so many adventurers tend to gather, and made herself a part of their circle.

==Appearance==
Rebecca has wavy, orange-brown, mid-length hair. She has an oval face and somewhere between a banana and hourglass figure. She stands five feet seven inches tall, has gold eyes and fair skin.

Becca tends to wear a sunny and friendly disposition around most. However, she remains cautiously respectful when the situation or company calls for it. Her clothes change quite a bit, from day to day. The more consistent elements of her wardrobe include: a cloak made of golden oak leaves, a belt made of fey vine, a pair of adorable stag-skin boots, a health amulet of Olyrn, her battlebands, and a wyrd ring.
