Changed Hak arkaz_temp -> arkazhala_temp

Hala and Arkaz are going to share the spellhooking that I implemented for Arkaz.
Due to this the arkaz_temp.hak got a small update and a new name: arkazhala_temp.hak.

Arkaz will probably wait 2 weeks before upgrading to the new hak, but hala may do it sooner.

Can we remove the 'temp' from it? Not a biggy, but that really bothers me. lol

I think it's meant to become part of the other haks after some time of testing
