I just picked this up off the Avlis Boards. They are stating it as 05:00 AM to 05:00 PM MT on the Bioware boards.

A full 12 hours from how it reads.
Although I have never tried it I do understand if you connect prior to the server going down and do not leave that server or crash out you can play. That would not be the case here though as the server is scheduled for maintenance.
