New Feature (Server Down Paging)

You'll notice in the Arkaz Links Block is a new link called Report Server Down
Clicking on this link will notify the team when the game server is down.
So if you think the server might be down let us know!

To stop Kaz spamming us incessantly, it might be a good idea to make it a feature that only registered forum members can use, and include their name in the email

and done...the link only appears to signed in users and it sends us the username of the person who pages.
