Modem issues

for the last few days the internet in my home has been going down hill. I've got a service call into the cable co. They tell me they are seeing a lot of errors on the modem. There will be a tech onsite in the morning. I hope to have everything resolved soon.

new modem is in. However they are working on the lines...seems someone dug a hole.

OK that was wierd it over wrote Kaz's posting and i hit the quote reply. Been the way my week has been running, Sorry Kaz. Just change it back.
