Various DM moves

After a period of time with apprentices, we've made the decision that playing and DMing here on Arkaz should be kept separate, and that DMs can not play PCs here.
Sadly this means that Nightmistress has been released back to the wilds of Arkaz with Krisies. I'm sure she'll bring as much fun to the players from that side of the curtain.
Druid and Thor however have decided to keep their wands and are hereby promoted to full DMs. Now they're allowed to attack you with the really nice DM toys
