Rangers and Paladins take note

There has been a slight change in game mechanics for Rangers and Paladins. If you do not worship a local Arkaz deity, your spells will be limited to level 2 or lower.

Does that include Blackguards too?

Yes, but I was informed they have no spells. But I put the check in there anyway just in case they do at some point in the future.
