New account captcha system

okay in order to fight sambots we moved to a manual account system where one of the admins had to activate your account. With the new version of phpbb3 I've decided to try out one of the other captcha systems. We now have a Q&A system. The nice thing is I can change the question on the fly. So from now on to create an account you'll have to answer the question and then click the link included in the email you receive. This should, I hope, cut out all of the spam bots and remove the need for us to babysit the account process. We'll give this a try for a little bit and see if it fixes the issue or not.
