Arkaz TLK Update

I know everyone just loves more downloads so here is the latest installment.

The Arkaz TLK file will be upgraded to a new version. Fortunately it is a small download.

You can get the new TLK file here.

We will target the last Monday of the month (11/28/11) for the update to take place.
