New pre spell casting code for items

I have recoded the pre spell casting code for items and put it live on Toloira only. I tested it to my abilities, but would like to ask people to give it a shakedown and look for bugs.
But this can be overruled by the wand or scroll itself if it has a "useable by" property and then the engine will do a UMD check.
Have fun testing it and let me know about bugs.

Where druid, cleric, paladin and rangers are divine casters and wizard, sorcerers and bards are arcane casters.The official new lore wrote:Arcane casters use spellcraft to use wands or scrolls containing any arcane spell they are unable to cast normally. They must have UMD to use divine scrolls or wands.
Divine casters use spellcraft to use any wand or scroll containing a divine spell they are unable to cast. They must use UMD to use any wand or scroll containing an arcane spell.
Non casters must use UMD to use ANY wand or scroll.
Unless your UMD skill is 5 higher then your Spellcraft skill then you always roll a UMD check.
(5 higher is because the DC is also 5 higher for UMD, 25 + spell level versus 20 + spell level for spellcraft)
