in Windows 7 it's in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc the file is hosts

I could not get 0.0.0.1 nwmaster.bioware.com to work and still waited to time out. I had to use 0.0.0.0 for it to instantly say it could not connect to the master server. Also it was not explained well enough for me that you open hosts in notepad and save it as a .txt then you remove the .txt file extention so it is essentialy an extensionless file like the original hosts file. Also its best to make a backup of the original. i added .bak on the original.
