ruralcityupdated hak

if you have not downloaded it...and chances are if you've been playing on other copap worlds you already have it, please do some in today, I plan to go live with this hak tomorrow.
Again my ISP tells me they added teh .rar mime type and it should download fine but I know IE sometimes acts strange so if you have problems downloading it from teh link just right click and select 'save target as' and save it to your drive...now I've heard taht it might rename it to something like ruralcityupdated.htm is so just rename it to ruralcityupdated.rar and your'll be able to extract it then.
