All DD's currently on Arkaz please write here:

Gamespy Name
Character Name

Please do not play those characters until we have been able to fix your bic. We will notify you when your bic is fixed.

If your DD is currently not on Arkaz, get with the world team where your character currently is to have them fix your file before you portal anywhere.
