Master server driving you nuts?
Nob has started a thread on the BioWare forums about it.

Take a look there, and post date and roughly the time of day you're experiencing the problems. Until Nob's thread, BioWare was apparently unaware of the issue.
Never posted on the BioWare forums before? Your login to the site is the same as your Gamespy login for playing NWN.
