Ping is not enabled to the server.

However, it looks like the problem is on Bioware's end with the Master Server for my specific subnet as the server cannot authenticate with or ping it. Everything has been rebooted on my end.

It now does not recognize the password. Message says:
The game server you are connected to was unable to verify your password. The game server has opted to not allow player who join unless their password can be verified. Please try again later.

You will get this until whatever problem exists at Bioware is fixed.

The problem at Bioware or Shaw Cable seems to have been corrected within the last hour.
