Does anyone currently rent this room out (and if Terry has turned on the room expiry, has it fully paid up-to-date for)?

it should be empty.

I emptied it today, however if the chest was opened before teh last restart it might still have items in it.

I'll check the DB and restart the mod, that should clear it out.
