Just to update you all...
Gray and I are still putting in significant overtime at work (gray more so then I.) Gray is in charge of merging the two office computer networks together and all of the changes that take place during that process and I've been training the staff from both offices to work as one team as well as heading up the compliance department. While I've been able to pop in some evenings, that's usually when gray gets the most done at work, as he is able to disrupt people less while he works on their computers. It is looking like at least another month before He will be back around at all.
To further complicate my team leadership role, we had to let someone go about a week and a half ago, a second employee turned in her notice because she is getting married and moving (happy news for her,) and another coworker had a very serious stroke this last Sunday. It doesn't look like she is going to make it.
Also, we're needing to tighten up some security issues here at work so I won't have board access during the day anymore.
What does this mean? Practically, while we had "paused" for the most part, it means we need to "officially" place an ooc hold on pretty much all the rest of our plot follow-up items for the next while.
I'll still check in on you all in the evenings or weekend when I can, and bug people for random stuff when opportunity presents itself.... otherwise... we'll pick everything back up in a few weeks!
Thanks for understanding. 8)
Best Regards,
Varm & Avani
