Cant file bug report

I have tried to file the following bug report:

Quest giving NPC gives very bad directions.

The guard in Nuvar who asks for a lost shield mentions Bugbears far to the north, past the forest. To me this implies that the shield is to be found near Bugbears and quite nicely describes the Jaged Ridge, where Bugbears are.

It isn't. It is quite some distance from Bugbears. Someone showed me IG where it is and I would never have looked there given the guards directions.

Can the conversation be made a little clearer?

But the category selection box is empty. Category is a required field.

I filed the bug report for the shield. I'll meet with you on IRC and see what we can do about Mantis. I believe I've encountered a similar problem before and in my circumstance it had to do with what I was selecting initially.
