Are really old posts still IC/IG?

*Three more posters are placed in the Town, Heroe's Walk, and the Old Hamlet. Each containing the same writing, they read..*
Is a post like this still findable in game? It was made 3 years ago. I assume that the posters would have been thrown away by now.

Have you seen all those books in the Black Swan? The proprietors take down and bind all the old posters and broadsheets when the walls get too full... *nodnod*

Another, senior team member can and may correct me, but I believe anything written on the In Character forums is still there to be read and used.
Granted, Rule #0, Common Sense, should be applied; taking information from posts that are multiple RL years ago tastes like nachos to me.

Yep, pretty much. Also, you can always raise the post in question to your nearest friendly neighborhood DM and politely ask them if you can either use it, or if they will help you learn this info ICly, because if it was posted in public at one time, somebody is bound to repeat it.
