Wife entered essay contest.

My wife has entered an essay contest. It is very short and the subject is, "What does it mean to cook well?". If your interested have a read and thanks.

im hungry now....though, i prefer my steak a nice pinkish/red...medium well is what i used to get, now I just get medium...

broccoli cheese soup sounds good too...

She got a lot of positive feedback from all sorts of people. I think she did great job but was not close to winning(Was based on votes.) Thanks to all who gave it a read.
