Halloween 2010

I'll be announcing the party IG and IC soon enough, but wanted to get a head start on the planning and deciding what day to have a Halloween party.

The time of the event will very likely be during my evening, after 8:00PM EST.

My main preference is to hold the event Friday night, to allow for everyone the weekend days to go out and enjoy other Halloween parties. But if folks can't make Friday and another night seems more suitable, I have no qualms about changing the date. So think it over and let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate as many people as I possibly can.

I think that time works out to 2pm the following day for me. Eastern time is what, gmt -5? I'm currently on GMT +13.

So.... The Sunday option is out for me. I would turn up 2 and a half hours late. Friday and Saturday are at Mrs Zombie's say so as they are family time. I may still be able to sneak away...

The burning question is though, who should I turn up as!

Indeed, looks like Friday is the way to go.

I'll have Casey put up a flier end of the day for the party he's planning. I'll leave the poll up for now but unless there's a huge shift in the preferred night I think we can expect to be meeting up around 9:00PM EST on the 29th.

That being settled I'd now like to open up this poll further and ask what everyone is going to be for halloween!

Myself and a friend will be pulling off a classic Mario and Luigi combination, provided he doesn't bow out last minute as he's well known to do. If I have to go solo I'm liable to just repeat my Reno costume from FFVII I'll manage some pictures either way 8)

So lets hear some awesome costume ideas!

Not sure who'll I'll dress up as for Halloween. I usually dress up in one of my SCA dresses which are comfortable.
