I was hoping to have an exact time and an IC invite posted by now, but I'm at the mercy of waiting to hear back from someone on what time we're supposed to meet this weekend.

I thought a good compromise would be to let you all know that on SATURDAY at either 2 PM CST/3PM EST

OR

8 PM CST/9 PM EST will be an open invite for anyone who would like to come and hang out with us nature lovers for a little fun and education.


As soon as I hear back as to what time my appointment is, I'll post up the 'official' time with an IC invite.

Shouldn't be any conflict, Samhaim. The early time is plenty early. The later time would be after your event. I doubt Avani will mind if she has to wait a little bit till your event ends (in the case of her later time being the one) Your event was scheduled first, and we're all eager to attend.

GP is right and I absolutely planned to plan around your event Sam, so don't worry about rescheduling. Sorry if that was implied!
