basic paper making kit

Hi,

As a young mage I mildread McPeck finds it hard to justify spending 15,000 - 22,000 for a basic paper making kit. There are so many other materials needed by the young adventurers of Nuvar. The cost of buying paper would end up being a finacial burnden aswell. I would rather spend the time and effort to make my own papers. I would think it would be too coastly for the mage school to provide a basic paper making kit to each and all of its member as not all would take the time to gather the resources to make paper or even want to try to make the paper themselfs. I was wondering if a basic paper making kit could be stored in the mage school chest for us young mages to use?
