Curious Questions about Artificing

Is Artificing (as in the enchantment of objects, rather then scroll scribing or recharging objects) currently active?

I can get the base menu options to appear when I place the appropriate objects on the table, but I've never had any options for the individual enchantments when I choose the right type of object- and I'm not sure if this is because I am missing something in my inventory, or because artificing is not set up to work at all. I have attempted to place multiple objects on the table in the hopes things such as tokens or various crafting things (such as potions of fire) can be used to enchant, but the table won't take additional items.

Artificing level is 5. Caster level is 20.

I'll have to look. I know the code is in the mods but I'm not sure if it's turned on our not.
