Ok don't laugh. Cast a dispell near some npc's and did not know that they would take offense. They attacked, and Dima killed them before I could even stop him. Went to different server and came back thinking they would despawn and not be hostile anymore but they still were and ended up killing most of the npc's around south docks at Nuvar and got myself a bunch of evil points for the trouble.
If you can help me I would greatly appreciate it, I don't really want Dima to be on Nuvar's Most Wanted and would really like to get rid of evil points too, none it was intentional was basically me not knowing that npc's would hate dispell.

Area dispels are considered hostile, so please be careful with any spellcasting around non-hostile npcs.
