Tried to Log into Arkaz too many times,...

I made the long trip to arkaz and then logged out until the plot tonight,..but I didnt know the login password to arkaz,..checked my old email with passwords and wasnt there,..so i tried too many times and got banned...Who do i need to contact to fix this,..Sorry...

You have a PM and can log in in about 5 min from now....

That is strange. Normally a reset clears that. You cdkey isn't listed in the ban list so you should be able to get in.
