It is my understanding that heads for wemics have this type of problem. I believe none of the CEP heads work currently.

which head... hmm... i believe it is the one wearing what looks like a band/crown/jewelry across the forhead, with hair that parts to the character's left that comes down to about the chin and a small amount seperating to the right, it matches the portrait almost identically...

looks like they are both using head model 30.
I do not see anything strange that would stop you from using that head. let me do some testing.
