Off-world mages

A visiting player with an off-world mage (wizard) said he didn't have access to his 8th and 9th level spells. He's a trust mage from Avlis. Is there any particular reason for this? Is there anything he can do to get these levels unlocked on Arkaz?

There is a way to get access to them. Best way to find it is to talk to one of our locals who can guide you there

aye, there is a way IG to get access, look for anyone IG that has been around for a while
Or if they are going to be here a lot, sign up for a forum account, request access to the mage forum and more info is there.
