Hot-keyed emotes?

Post by medea » Tue Dec 12, 2006 8:59 pm

Hot-keyed emotes don't work. Is there a way to hot-key an emote so it does work on Arkaz? (To clarify, I mean hot-keying text like *waves and smiles*, not the actual emote from the radial, but being able to do that would be cool too!)

Did look for this topic before posting. Apologies if it has already been addressed.

Shadow Lord: Very well, if you insist.

Dae: I insist.

I assume you're getting an error about a channel problem?

When I hot-key emotes I specify the channel in the emote.

/tk = Talk Channel

So a hot-keyed emote I would make would have a value of:

/tk *waves and smiles*

EDIT: Damn, I meant to hit PM, not Reply. Sorry Team.

Ya the new language system uses a listener * and / are command identifiers so you cannot start a line with either of those.
