Well Bivi reportedly saw them this morn (0700 ish), but when I looked at around 0800 GMT they were sunked 
Just checked now (1644 GMT) and timing out on DC (using server.arkaz.org:5121 /2 /3)

I haven't been able to connect to Arkaz since the servers came back up; I've tried direct connect (time out error) as well as portaling to Arkaz in-game. (Your character files could not be transferred successfully - an error occurred. Portaling aborted.)
