Bug?? not sure..

I'm not sure if this is a bug or is the way it is setup. When i cast greater magic weapon it only gives my weapon a +1. I'm a 7th lvl cleric, but just became capable of casting 4th lvl spells so i'm nt sure if it starts from 7th lvl or 1st lvl cleric. Magic westment does the same.

it's +1 when you can first cast the spell.

you should get +2 at lvl 10, +3 at 15, up to +5 at 25
