CoPaP signup & Arkaz password

Signing up for CoPaP, the list of servers didn't include Arkaz. I resubmitted my application yesterday and got another server list, which still doesn't include Arkaz. In what manner does one get the password to this server?
My character is currently here, having portalled from Ysgard, so I have some interest in the answer to this question.
