About JV

What I understand JV (Jail Vault) is by deleting your character for JV time.
But what if JV time ended and you still do not have your characters in vault?
Please look to it. Its almost 24h after my JV has ended.
Or maybe this is some kind of additional punishment? IF yes... than for what?

P.S. - If I create a new character in my vault (while it's empty), will it be deleted?

Actually that is the perfect answer to your questions.....
Terry is the man concerning all data, database and therefore issues with the vault as well....
Therefore you have to wait 'til he is available again...
So please sit back, relax and think about the nice things you can do on Arkaz

From now I know that Terry is responsible for all data.
*sits back, relaxes and starts to cry when he thinks about thing that can't do at Arkaz*
I would like make a little sugestion: JV should not be by deleting characters from vault.
