Artificing Skill Points

Ok when I recharged some items, I saw I got Artificing skill points, and at level 1 skill,,,but when I check crafting skills it shows no skill or points in Artificing.?

????

I have looked at that,,,it does not address the issue to me,,was recharging teleport ring(Native), wand of magic missile(Native), Rod of Metamagic(extend)(Avlis), and a rod of Metamagic Substitution(sound)(Avlis)

The charging table will charge but not add to artifacing. Scrolls do not show up either as artifacing but the points and levels can be seen at each successful scribe. Bruno and I have had OOC conversations on this subject and if he cannot fix it it cannot be fixed. Yes I have that much confidence in him.

The entire recharge system is under review right now and when a final team decision is made as to direction the problems should be addressed.
