With the new tile sets being used the 4 spawns of hogs no longer exist. (1 north of the docks next to stone circle trans, 3 spawns in the grid with the quarry) These where the only places to find hogs and there hide was the only way to make leather. Leather is needed for tayloring and armor crafting.

I will add hogs into the DB encounter spawns.

Currently, no hogs are dropping raw hide when killed. Perhaps server needs a restart? If not that I don't know what

Not every hog drops the leather. Most encounters drop at least 1, but there are a few encounters that do not drop any.

I'll mention I went around each spawn without luck. Is there any percentage chance of a drop?

It is random for the spawn it picks. But a builder will need to look at the two hogs to make sure one of them has the leather item in its inventory.
