When describing my characters actions in a post, can I say she uses dimension door to ‘jump’ the gates of Nuvar, or mush she stop to open them?
Could she use ectoplasmic form to walk through the gates in any way?
Although I don’t imagine the guards would be impressed with that sort of carry on….. not that they can do anything about it
I am intending to make a post about going jogging and she isn’t the sort of person to stop for gates if she doesn’t have to.

Since DDoor is a line of sight spell, unless the door was open the gates would break the line of sight and prevent the spell from functioning.
Ectoplasmic form might work though.
There is a third option with a certain item given as a reward for a certain quest...

OK, so DD is out. I will gloss over the gates as an 'inimportant detail'. Why let a small detail like slamming into closed gates spoil a good post!
