ok tried to send an email to team@arkaz.com but it may have failed so i'll post again here.

the teleport ring from the mage tower quest is an awesome item ...but if your evil where would your pc likely teleport too ?
the reason i pose this is because we can't teleport to arman yarda directly ( wich is where any evil pc would flee to if cornered and in possesion of the ring).
going to the old hamlet would be sucide if yourt involved in some of the plots going on
so gray asked me to send you guys and gals an email about making arda a teleport location ( yes even tho its technicly under ground)
but if it crashed into the island how would it get under ground ? if it is a planar crash thru the planar dimension then should'nt you be able to tele their as its a part of the islands planar make up now?

Why not just Teleport to just outside the well?

There are lots of out of the way places a person could use for an escape location. I don't see the need to make Yamman Arda directly teleportable to. Don't forget, it would ALSO alow other people to circumvent Yamman Arda's protection. Do they really want a party of good aligned people crashing in to attack them?

I think he misunderstood my comment. He asked if you could tp there. I said you know , I dont know and I never said send a message, I said that I would ask.
So I think Greg is right. Seem implausible to TP to another plane especially Yamman Arda. That does have protected boarders. I think this is a non starter.

With Yamman Arda being underground, the teleport rings will not work. We do not really want to change it becuase that would change the lore of the world. Also Yamman Arda has a truce with Nuvar and may not want to harbor those fleeing Nuvarian justice...(at least not openly )

Binding the ring next to the well works great.
