when trying to portal to Hala from Arkaz for the first time from since I created this character I got this error

Invalid character - player login refused. You are not allowed to use that character.

his details are

class rogue3 outsider1 wizard4, Tielfing named Piriarn 'LeNir

NOTE- the character in the vault with a similar name (Piriarn 'Le Nir) was a test and is NOT the character I play as you can see from the fact they have no gear and no XP


my GS is Piriarn

I removed the bic files from the gsid. try it again and post what happens.

Wait, the problem is it won't let you transfer to Hala?

misread that, thought it was the other way around. I'll put the bics back.

Your bic files are back in your gsid folder.

I'd contact the hala team as it's probably something with their settings not liking your bic.

well i tried again.. and got the same error.. then when I re logged it put me on the ship RETURNING from ysgard to Arkaz

FYI if you talk to the hala team I posted there in the bug section as well....
