Can one assassin spot another from the use of death attack?
In this instance it wasnt the specia lparalyzing attack, so my first gues is that it just looks like any other precision strikes.
DM Avani knows the specifics of the encounter.

Death attacks used in casual combat (the kind that act like sneak attacks) are just precision attacks. They are indistinguishable from normal sneak attack.
The actual Death Attack move, however, would be a dead giveaway to a trained eye.

to go a step further who would be considered a trained eye? another assassin or a weaponmaster or just a high level fighter/ranger/paladin/monk/rogue?

I would be inclined to say only another Assassin could spot the work.
