Looking thru the PrCs available on Arkaz I had a question about the Arcane Arcer,
It says a requirement for AA is to be an elf or half-elf,
I was curious if certan custom races would 'fit' this requirement, If so which ones
Half-Elf: Wemic, Tiefling, Aasimar, Lizardman
Elf: Ghost Elf, Wood Elf, Half-Nymph, Moon Elf, Sun Elf, Avariel
on a side note i has a second question about skin tones for teiflings, I know demons come in wide range of colors (deep red/blues/black) so could a teifling skin tone reflect those drastic shade as well?

Regarding the Tiefling skin color question, this is answered by the Monster Manual.
Any non-normal Human skin color will need to be a special request with a good backstory and approved by the team before creating the character.Aside from a demeanor that many find disturbing, many Tieflings are indistinguishable from humans. Others have horns, pointed teeth, red eyes, a whiff of Brimstone about them, or even cloven feet.
