Crafting Recipies
Are all ingredients needed to do crafting on Arkaz located on one of the three servers?

Short Answer: Yes.
Long Answer: Some, off world items might be able to be used in our crafting and theirs. I know for a fact that Glass Bottles and Crystal Flasks bought on Arkaz, for example work on Avlis. I'll let our Craftingmaster, or one of the other Team Members more knowledgeable explain more.
EDIT: If you have a specific question about a particular recipe, that might not be working. Send a PM to the DMs and Team Members, or directly to our Craftingmaster Chris_Robin.

To answer the general question, yes some items share the same "resref" (id tag) as they are common items like gems, bottles and such forth.
