toon stuck in portal

Hi I am asking on all servers for help , my shifter Gidish tried to log into ysgard from deglos and was dominated with the message you can not server hop from deglos , when i tried to log him back into deglos he was dominated with the message you can not server hop from ysgard, could some kind DM please help me if they have access to the halla boards :)
