dominated on Ysgard and Iron

Hello,

I hope this is the right place to post. Today I tried to portal from Ysgard to Iron, but the Iron server would not allow it. Now i'm dominated on both servers and I don't know what to do. please help!

My character is Valseath Be'Tnein
