Post by Michiko » Sun Jan 11, 2009 2:08 pm

Wow what can I say, that was absolutely pure fun. The Golems were so very very cool... the Succubi models also very cool :).

And the event itself.. very fun.. nice twist also :) Raves to everyone :)

It was fun! I have to say I like the twist with the everyone still gets a ring, but we got our reagents for the "island finder". I'm getting excited for Rune and hope we find a nice place soon!

That was the most unique event I have ever seen. It was so much more than a hack and slash and it twisted to nicely. Soulkey was definately double jointed on this one.

Have to add a heartfelt +1 to this rave.

When the three "challengers" were picked, my first thought was "Uh oh, so the rest of us get to sit and watch" Wow! Thanks for proving that wrong! A wonderful twist and a great opportunity for people to get in some awesome RP at the same time.

Valshar has some great DM chops for a newcomer, and with Ralyorm to help out I look forward to even more concentrated awesomeness in the future. Bravo!

Another fun one. My char was scratching his head a lot. It definitely had a dream-like feel to it.. or nightmarish feel.. from my perspective. Neat stuff. :D Thanks Soulkey and Corwink!

This Rave is for Soulkey and Corwink.

*is sure to shake all the guardians' hands, just for good measure*

The event conclusion last night was a lot of fun and well executed with the single tree on the island (that nobody paid any attention to until it was suddenly relevant.) It was also great fun to finally get the island's history. That was a total surprise, I thought we were just going to have a celebration and it was nice to get world lore!

Second to what Ronan said and yes, it was great! Raves to Shannen, Bruno, and Knightlight for their contributions to the island. I may have to make a Averiel now just to have one!

HUGS and you and all the players last night made it fun!

You know when you run into a page of a manual or the like and there is nothing on it except the line that says: "This page is intentionally blank." and you think to yourself "its not blank when you printed on it, duh."

Well, this post is just like that!

I am going to say, "I was rendered speechless!"

However, as your read words, I guess that's not entirely accurate!

I am STILL in shock from last night. I can't thank you enough for my shield and the crystal, and especially for letting all of us participate in such an amazing plot and the birth of the new isle. The whole plot from start to finish was so obviously motivated by a great amount of care and the fact that you were all having fun too, was just even MORE fun for us! Thank you to everyone invoved, From Rune and Ella's original dream, to the hundreds of hours so many of you put in for building, and scripting, writing, directing, and creating.... well done, all.. well done.

*standing ovation; hearty applause*
