Rave for bruno

Post by jeathrow » Mon Mar 23, 2009 4:13 am

most of my PCs are bashers and they love the tokens. Even my wizard found a remove paralisis token verry nice. Cool idea thanks

I think the tokens are a nice idea too. Kudos, Bruno!

Thanks... way I see it, every piece of Dungeon Junk (tm) that gets used instead of sold saves a kitten's life.

Anyway... couple questions to hijack this thread:

1) Do you think their drop rate is good as it is?

2) Do you think that the "better" tokens (i.e. the non-Lesser tokens) drop too often now?

The fine print:
Answering these questions does not constitute a rave for Bruno. So please answer. Yes, this means you. In fact, feel free to turn this into a rant about Bruno. I can take it.

You mean if I wanted a dead kitten, I could sell the thing?

I have never seen a higher level token drop, but I am also level nine.

Yes, I like their drop rate. It's not so many that I don't wonder why I bother using spells instead of tokens, and it's not so few that I don't feel bad using them if suddenly a spell or potion I took ran out and I need whatever's provided on the token.

I like them too. I love how characters keep a collection of them where they try to get one of each and some characters will actively trade extras in order to get new ones.

Perhaps a quest to collect them?

Oi! Not another collection quest, please!

Love the tokens though.
