RAVE: Samhaim

Post by Tremayne7 » Mon Oct 26, 2009 9:38 pm

Sam is a wonderful storyteller and somehow his "one shot" events turn into something longer. I think this is the fact that he is such a gifted teller of tales and makes an effort to create NPC's we either hate, like or love. He makes the NPC's real and that is a gift.

Many, many KUDOs to Sam for his storytelling and making Arkaz a richer world.

Hey Sam!

Thanks so much for shaking off the Sunday blahs and running an event for us all. This whole Burning Death plotline has me very scared/worried both IC and OOC. Disease plots are one of the toughest things to do in a PW setting, Especially a connected one like CoPaP. I have great faith in your skills as a DM though. Your plots are always a blast and I know making sure people have a good time is high on your list of priorities.

The illithid was a riot! Even though Tira can't stand him, I thought he was great.

Like all of your events, each installment just makes me wonder what's gonna happen next. I can't wait for more!

Rave Rave Rave Rave!!

(but you'd better give Tira and end to the Pinkleton plot!)

The plot last night was great. 'Charles' was amusing to listen to and I actually felt bad for the child. I think you have a good story coming along here and I'm glad to see the PCs are participating members rather then individuals too sick to continue helping. There even seemed to be an IC reason for it in terms of people resisting it when you were giving the research reports.

And it was nice having something people thought was more evil then Ronan at the fire. *runs*

Great pictures Adonis!

I would like to second Ronan's rave and of course we are honored to have Sam as he is a master storyteller. My favorite character plot item is from him and it still means so much to me even to this day. Can't wait to see how the plot unfolds and Charles is a blast!

*does the happy dance because Sam is AWESOME!   *

During your last plot where the old man was being lined up with the others and turned to stone... that was a terrible and dreadful moment that had me OOCly touched. I had to try very hard not to react ICly out of my OOC emotions regarding the scene. You're doing a great job at keeping us feeling for the plot :D
