Arkaz Policy on Player complaints / problems

Any complaints about fellow players should be emailed to staff@arkaz.com
Any complaints about DMs should be emailed to alphonse@arkaz.com

Complaints should not be aired publicly on the forums.

If at all possible complaints should include log files and/or screenshots of the events

All complaints about DMs or players need to be sent to ME. I check the forums multiple times daily

They should not be made on the forums, or on IRC, or to other team members.

I'd also like to take a moment to remind you all about part of the process of filing a complaint which can help us (and you):

It is often useful to have screen shots of the incident which occurred. You can do this by pressing the Print Screen key on your keyboard (which tends to be to the right of the F-keys along the top of your keyboard). An image is then saved to your NWN\Screenshots folder. Please attach any relevant images along with your emailed complaint.

Complaints regarding DM's need to be sent to leaders@arkaz.com

However if you have an issue that you think involves a senior leader please either pm me or send an email to terryrayc@arkaz.com
