Arkaz Policy on Psionic Clones

When the psion has the ability IG to manifest a clone, it can do anything the psion would be able to do within the range of the screen, including having its own conversations. Given that the NWN implementation allows combat, implying at least some element of physical state, this means it can interact with anything. The emotional make up of the clone would be whatever elements of itself that the psion gives it when it creates it. If the psion really believes it is a relative, then that is what the clone thinks. The clone is controlled by the psion, regardless of whether this is by the conscious part of the psions brain, or by a separate split personality. The only real condition to this is that the clone must be within eyeshot of the psion, so the part of the psion's brain controlling the clone can see what it is interacting with, and make it react accordingly.

This does not mean we want to see psions standing around talking with their clones, however, using them in the above manner in emote posting is fine.
