Arkaz Policy on Warnings

Arkaz Policy will be similar to that on other CoPaP worlds.
Your first warning about the rules is when you sign up for CoPaP.
Your second warning will be a spell in vault jail.
There is no third warning. If you get this far you will be banned on Arkaz, and potentially on other CoPaP worlds too.
