Arkaz Policy on Racial PRCs

Arcane Archer
If the end result Race has Elf in the name then Yes that race can take Arcane Archer. Avariel can also take Arcane Archer because they are a version of an Elf.
All other races cannot take Arcane Archer.

Dwarven Defender
If the end result Race has Dwarf in the name then Yes that race can take Dwarven Defender.
All other races cannot be a Dwarven Defender.

All other requirements and prerequisites of each PRC must be met as well before requesting a PRC.
